We start every project with a 2-hour in-person consultation. We believe an in-person meeting is the best tool for the overall design process.
Each consultation includes:
- Our design team's undivided attention
- We hear out all your hopes and dreams for the project
- Talk through realistic ideas/solutions in each space
- Collaborate on ideal floor plan/layout and possible furniture styles, etc.
- Take overall measurements of the spaces for our notes
- Discuss and propose budget range per space
- Review our design process and how KKID works to create the space of your dreams!

- Concept development, space planning, and material selections
- In person presentation with multiple rendered visions
- Thorough communication with client through all stages of design
- Procurement & ordering of all needed material
- Full project management & coordination with contractors and tradesmen including site visits, order tracking / troubleshooting, and oversight of all installed items
- Install Styling, Art Curation, Accessorizing, and finishing touches
- Final walkthrough & adjustments

Our Design Only experience includes:
- A Design Discovery Questionnaire (client to submit inspiration, real-life images, and measurements)
- Consult Call hosted by KKID to firm up details
- Presentation Zoom Call to discuss our rendered vision and design concept with one round of revisions
- Final edited design and style guide will be sent via email
- Typical design time turn around is 2 weeks but will be discuss on a per project basis.
